This three-day group relations conference offers a unique opportunity to study the conscious and unconscious dynamics involved in how groups organize themselves and interact with each other.  This conference is not a passive learning event that relies upon lectures.  Instead, the learning is experiential.  Participants study how leadership, followership, authority, task, boundaries, and roles operate in the different group experiences they enter during the conference.  The conference will weave art and other non-verbal forms of expression into the conference events to illuminate unconscious dynamics operating in the system of group interactions that members and staff will create together.

Post-LCE Review and Application Groups
(P-RAGs)

Post-LCE review and application groups (P-RAGs) are “there-and-then” events that allow reflection on your experiences and learning that emerged from the Group Relations event as they relate to boundaries, authority, role and task and application of learning to external organizational contexts. Stated more simply, P-RAGs offer a unique opportunity to reconnect with members of the LCE event and work together (with the help of a consultant) on the application of conference learning to your real life. Each P-RAG will be scheduled for two hours in length and we will limit group size to five members. There is no cost for attending a PRAG.

YOU MUST HAVE BEEN A PARTICIPANT  AT THE 2020 LEADERSHIP AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION GROUP RELATIONS APPLICATION EVENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE PRAGS.
